TextCRM is a SaaS-based CRM application designed to streamline customer communication through WhatsApp. I contributed to this project as a frontend developer, focusing on building dynamic, responsive interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS. The application features a visual chatbot flow builder, WhatsApp messaging system, product catalog management, and contact tracking—enhancing user engagement and productivity. Integrated with Inertia.js for seamless Laravel backend communication, this CRM delivers a smooth SPA experience. Upcoming features include support for Facebook Messenger and Telegram for robust multi-channel communication.
